Special rates for the State of the Arctic attendees have been negotiated at the Hyatt Regency Miami and Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay. Please note that the conference sessions will all take place at the Hyatt Regency Miami. The Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay is a short shuttle ride from the Hyatt Regency Miami. There is a free Metromover (http://www.miamidade.gov/transit/home.asp) available between hotels.

You are responsible for making and paying for your own hotel reservations. Hotel reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. The special room rates are guaranteed until Monday, 15 February 2010; after that date, the special room rates will be available as space allows.
