The very nature of the arctic environment is changing quite rapidly in the 21st century. In the face of those changing conditions there is also a rapid move to expand the exploitation of arctic resources ranging from oil and gas to fisheries. This panel session will provide a full discussion of the various perspectives regarding the need for improvement in, and options for, managing the Arctic. 2:15 pm: Panel Presentations
