Conference Registration

To register for the State of the Arctic Conference, start by filling out the form below. You will be guided through a quick series of pages to select your registration type, provide your contact information, create a registrant profile, and provide payment via a major credit card.

Note: A paypal account is not required for registration, you are welcome to register using any major credit card.

Fee Categories:
Before 8 February 2010 On or After 8 February 2010
Regular (4 conference days) $400.00 $500.00
*Student (4 conference days) $150.00 $150.00

*Full-time undergraduate and graduate students are eligible for the student rate.

Registration fees include: All conference sessions, continental breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, poster sessions and reception, and an evening dinner event. There is no single-day registration rate.

The conference organizers are currently exploring various ways to support and encourage participation from students, young investigators, educators, and members of northern communities. More information will be available through the website and sent via the ArcticInfo mailing list as plans are finalized. The next page of the registration form provides a section to indicate interest in these potential opportunities.

Note: The registration process requires payment via credit card. Be sure to have a major credit card ready before proceeding with registration.
